Ms. Angelina Martino Finnegan Assumes Position of Director of NJEXCEL
Frank Palatucci retired as NJEXCEL Director effective 6/30/18.
Ms. Angelina Martino Finnegan will take over the responsibilities as Director effective August 1, 2018. Ms. Finnegan is a veteran instructor and mentor in the EXCEL Program's North Site.
